Four and Twenty Black Birds

Baked in a Pie!*
This one is apple and blueberry.
The pinwheels in the back are leftover pie dough spread with butter, cinnamon & sugar.

  1. Look good!!! I love to cook my leftover pie dough too, but I usually just roll it out thin, spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar, stick in the over until it's light brown & crispy....then enjoy!

  2. I love the cinnamon sugar pinwheels best of all. My Mom would always make those and I'd just skip the pie and head straight to those. Everything looks great, making my mouth water! -Sandy
